Individual use is a good start, and it's usually where the risk is too: company data in personal accounts, no rules, and no way to tell what's working. We help you turn scattered use into a few priorities, clear rules, and tools people actually keep using.
The first call is free. The first paid step is small on purpose, usually a workshop or a short assessment, scoped and priced up front. You see the price before you sign anything, and you can judge us before committing to more.
Workshops usually fit the training budget. Romanian employers must already provide professional training for all staff, at their own cost: at least once every two years with 21+ employees, every three years with fewer (Labour Code, Art. 194). And the AI Act expects measures on AI literacy. You get an invoice and a certificate of attendance.
Your IT provider runs your systems. We help you decide what AI to adopt and who should deliver it. Often that's your existing provider, and we help them do it well.
Our focus is advice and enablement: strategy, selection and training. When something needs building, we help you choose the right provider and keep the project on track.
If your company uses AI, Article 4 of the AI Act (as amended in July 2026) requires you to take measures that support the AI literacy of your staff. It no longer demands a guaranteed level for each person, but the duty to act remains. Training and a clear internal AI policy are the usual measures, and our workshops cover both.
