Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is RO AI Labs SRL, Bucharest, Romania. For anything about your data, email info@ai-labs.ro.

What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Our host, GitHub Pages, may log technical data such as IP addresses to keep the service secure.

When you book a call, Calendly collects what you enter: your name, your email address and your answers to the booking questions. Booking links carry campaign tags (UTM parameters) that tell us which button you used. They don't identify you.

Why we use it

To prepare for the call you booked, hold it and follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or, where that doesn't apply, our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else handles it

Calendly processes booking data on our behalf as our processor. Calendly is based in the United States and covers international transfers in its data processing terms. The call itself runs on Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, under that provider's terms. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If we don't start working together, we delete your booking data within 24 months of the call. If we do, we keep it for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@ai-labs.ro and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
